Vertigo

Vertigo is a sensation of spinning dizziness that feels like the room is moving around you. It is usually caused by inner ear problems, with BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) being the most common cause. Episodes can last seconds to days and can be accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and balance problems. Most forms of vertigo are treatable with repositioning maneuvers or medication.
